Fred is a certified accountant with over 15 years finance and banking experience. He bought his first property in 2012 and since then ventured into property investment. Like countless beginners, he found himself initially overwhelmed by the vastness of the Australian property market.  The sheer size of the country and its diversity, number of property types, combined with the intricacies of upfront costs and ongoing processes, felt like a labyrinth to navigate.  However, Fred's analytical background provided him with the crucial tools to decipher the complexities. Fueled by his successful experience, Fred developed a passion for helping others. He recognised property investment as a great path to building wealth, and he wanted to share his knowledge and expertise to guide others through the rewarding journey.
